Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is surprisingly average for a Four Seasons property, but the incredible mountain aesthetic and wonderful views under our children's bed made the stay memorable. The service, particularly from the hotel concierge and ski shop, added greatly to the overall pleasure of my visit.
Staying at the residence suite was like discovering a beautiful oasis with stunning views of the steep and deep runs, creating a peaceful and scenic experience. The service, especially at the ski shop area, was truly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. The ideal location in Teton Village served as a perfect base for exploring Grand Tetons National Park and Yellowstone National Park, offering fabulous surroundings for a luxury summer getaway to a ski area. Dining at Westbank Grill and The Handle Bar was always a delight with artful food preparation and breathtaking views of the Tetons.
My stay at the hotel was truly incredible. The rooms were amazing and cozy with a fireplace, spotless twice a day, and in perfect condition with all the appropriate amenities. The service was exceptional starting from Andy the valet and greeter who served as our hostess, to the concierge, restaurants, bars, and ski shop area. The location was perfect for visiting Grand Tetons National Park and Yellowstone National Park, truly an asset to the experience. The dining experience was top-notch with the best views in all of Jackson Hole. The facilities were superb and exceeded my expectations.
Our stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were beautiful oases with amazing views of the surrounding area and convenient proximity to lifts, but cleanliness issues and lack of extra services were disappointing. The location was perfect for exploring nearby national parks, yet with some downsides like limited organized activities. Dining provided exceptional views and delicious food, though lacking variety in options.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms were excellently decorated with a cozy fireplace and a beautiful bathroom complete with both a shower and a bathtub, along with all the cool amenities I could ask for. Everything was incredibly clean, and the bed was so comfortable, making for a truly relaxing stay. The only minor downside was the lack of an additional bench.
The hotel offers spacious rooms fully equipped with locally-sourced toiletries and great views from the slopes around 3 pm. However, cleanliness issues were noted, and some services fell short of expectations, like the lack of organized activities in the kid's club and delayed room cleaning times in the afternoon.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with locally-sourced toiletries but lacks in cleanliness and prompt service. The friendly staff and convenient location make up for some shortcomings.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were excellent, with cozy fireplaces and beautifully decorated bathrooms, but there were cleanliness issues like finding medication packets under our children's bed. The service was top-notch, accommodating all our requests dutifully, but there were some shortcomings in the dining experience. The location was warm and inviting, perfect for exploring Grand Tetons National Park and Yellowstone. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor hiccups.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with great views and a cozy fireplace, creating a beautiful Mountain View ambiance. The service was welcoming and professional, enhancing our overall experience. The location is outstanding, especially for exploring Grand Tetons National Park, but some nearby sites appear overly close. The dining options were fantastic, particularly the morning pancakes, however more variety would be appreciated. The facilities are top-notch, providing a luxurious and enjoyable stay.
Our stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were not well cleaned, with some items left from previous guests, and the service was exceptional across all areas. The location offered beautiful views and was ideal for exploring nearby national parks, though the dining experience fell a bit short of expectations. The facilities were good, but there were some missed opportunities to go the extra mile in certain areas.
